The 6l90 uses a larger output shaft that's 1.5'' 36 spline for 2wd applications and the 4x4 unit uses a 29 spline output. The 6l80 uses the standard 32 spline output like the 4l80. I never seen any spline adapters for the 6l90 off the shelve it would have to be custom. Maybe advance as something for the atlas for it by now.RPO codes for MP Transfer case. The transfer case does indeed bolt right to the back of the 6L80e (also came out of a Z71) perfectly, but you have to change the input shaft to a 32 spline. Easy peasy!
