Is it normal for the baby to grow a bit ...But ultrasounds after 20 weeks get more unreliable in terms of measurements. As long as everything looks good and baby is doing well my midwife will still let me go to 42 weeks. I went to 41+6 with my last baby, he was 10lbs 13oz, born naturally. My first was 9lbs at 41+3. My fundal height also measured 3 weeks ahead at my last appointment.
