Chrysler 300 service shifter

So if you had the recall done and you have the alarm and you aren't moving < 5 mph and your car is in fact in park, somethings wrong. Makes me nervous to have the recall worked on mine.How to get the shifter to unlock out of PARK

To just take it to a dealership and they would fi … read moreUsually what happens is that the park switch in the shifter fails, and engine computer doesnt want to start the engine without the input from the shifter, or there could be a transmission issue. Recommend to try shifting into and out of park a few times to see if the message on the dash goes away and then try starting.
