Yea i think supercell finally realized people like collecting obstacles and decorations so they started doing monthly events with decorations in a paid pass cause they know dedicated collectors will always buy it.Just be patient and you'll get the rare items. As a tip, when the obstacles are spawning, set up your base really wide so the obstacles spawn on the outside edge on their own and you don't need to remove them.
