I am wanting the AWD aspect of the NP203. While reading about these transfer cases I saw that for Ford models there are different width chains...In a divorced transfer case setup there will be three drive shafts: 1) One shaft leading from the transmission to the transfer case 2) A separate shaft running from the transfer case to the rear end 3) A third shaft running from the transfer case to the front end An integral transmission/transfer case is all one unit.
