I talk to my DSP owner, he start with a minimum of 10k him and some foamily members he took a training about DSP owner program he said he get around 400-500$ per every route done or something like that multiply that for the amount of driver you have let say 50 driver 25k every driver at the wave of 19.50 each driver get 156 per day 8hours 156x50 = 7800 you have 17,200 for you for gas cost ...Wouldn't' touch DSP even if I was looking for a full time job. Flex is miles better unless you're in need of full time pay/work. I know there's some that do that but I couldn't imagine really trying to use Flex as a Full Time job. So if you need just side change Flex is the way to go, don't even think of DSP.

Now, if you wait longer than 1 month (its either 1 month or 3 months), without delivering, you will have to take the training again.Lookup your laws for your city/state as they vary in length and time, but DSP’s are normally dicks about call outs, they want you to give them everything but give nothing to you. So use your sick time and call out. If you don’t want the job, and call out frequently just quit.
