Glock 30 vs 30s vs 30sf

I have most all the Glock .45's. When I was choosing which would be first in the 30 series (my first two .45's were G21SF and G21g4), the 30S's frame is same as 30SF and 30g4. The slide is slimmer on the 30S. But, the frame thickness is what grabbed my attention at first. Slimmer slide but same thickness in the frame.

I find that the 21 has a little heavier trigger pull than the 30, which may be a characteristic of this gun only. However, I find them both about equally accurate.
