The 2 780's I am aware of are, the Z/28: List - 4053 DZ and the other was a List 4346 I believe... Both these carbs have a secondary power valve and the 4346 has a vent in the ...Front end has a mid-70's A-body disk brake conversion. (I don't know whose) fiberglass hood.
