When I'm in 4 lock and get into anything other than just gravel roads it's like the power steering is working too hard or something and the PS light comes on and I'm back to normal steering. I'm gonna test batt voltage when I get back home to see if it's low causing it I fail. I've had the same thing happen on my 2014. I have some play in the handlebars and its getting worse. Does anybody know if I can tighten up the nut to stiffen it up or are the splines shot and have to get a new steering shaft.Yes you can repair it yourself. Now when you start driving, it pulls to one side then the other out of no where. No dash lights on, no codes. Just wondering if the steering box is on its way out. Quad has 1700 Kms on it. Supposedly the powersteering is one of those features that make riders wish they had a long time ago, it works that good and makes the long rides that more comfortable. On the Grizzly, even in diff lock, you can turn the bars w/ one finger.
