What is unique about the movement is that it uses a cam / shuttle system for operating the chronograph, instead of the more common column-wheel structure. Meanwhile the medium one is like an inch taller but sags easily with weight. At least for the rear that is. I’m not an expert on it though. The front 861's are fine going from 110-250 to support my ARB and eventual winch properly.
