P2872 clutch a stuck engaged
OK, so I've read a number of the threads regarding the fan clutch. I'm still not clear what steps to take. Here is my problem: Two days ago I started my car and the fan clutch was on and noisy, like normal, but this time it didn't turn off. So it was roaring all the way home from work and still does the same thing.is this a problem with the TCL tcm. Ford Mechanic: David Craig. no. this is a failure of the clutch and damper unit inside of the transmission. the first thing to try is an adaptive learning update. the procedure requires a ford scan tool though.
