This is the factory rear sight and plate found on the P365XL and P365X slides. The P365XL and P365X pistol with the RomeoZero optic do not include this plate and rear sight. If you want to remove your optic you'll need to install this plate and sight kit. All models (X, XL, and Macro) must use the provided 3mm screws that have a shaft and tapered head to INSTALL the optic on a P365 using the provided 2mm Allen wrench.
