stocker75. For my money and time, the best solution is to fab a T-handle type spinner using about 5/8-7/8" all thread and a couple of nuts. Sink the nut in bumper and make a T-handle out of tubing. Sleeve the all-thread into the T-handle, weld securely with a large washer where your thread stops.
