2001 f350 7.3 low power 202000k miles. truck has been low on power since i bought it at 152k. k&n cold air intake. 4" turbo back mrbp exhaust. wicked wheel compressor wheel. took it to diesel shop today and put scanner on it and it read 43lbs exhaust back pressure with key on and engine off. only code showing was ebpv solenoid, which is unplugged.
