San Diego. May 12, 2024. #14. I recently built a dual swing for my dodge. I found this pivot spindle on Amazon. It's well designed tapered bearings seals and shims to adjust preload. Amazon also has a urethane slider/ carrier for when the gate is closed. The wheel was too close to the latch, and wouldn't allow the hoop to engage the latch completely before the wheel hit the hinge on the latch. I had two options. Raise the wheel 1/4" or move the wheel back 1/4".
