Usps awaiting item for 5 days
If the package is dropped off without receipt, it usually takes 1-2 business days for the package to be scanned at USPS Acceptance facility. It means they lied and never took it to the post office. This is obvious 🥴. I'm currently dealing with this as a seller on eBay.Label was printed on the 14th with arrival by the 16th. When contacted on the 16th the seller claimed USPS lost it and that another one would be shipped out and taken to the PO personally by the seller on the 16th. All of a sudden tracking shows the item accepted by USPS on the 16th with the original tracking number.06-19-202006:09 PM. I sold some shoes over Ebay and sent them on the 8th and for the past 5 days the package has been stuck in transit in the buyers city. I contacted USPS for a inquiry and they basically told me due to COVID 19 we have limited resources and its still in transit. The package should of arrived on the 12th to the buyer.
